Mondeo mk3 MTX75 speed sensor. Hi guys, I'm having a little trouble with a replacement gearbox for my dads 2001 mk3 2.0 petrol Mondeo. It fits on and everything is working as it should apart from the speedo. When he fitted it yesterday he was left with one plug on the wiring loom that he couldn't find where it went. The garage I went to says it is the gearbox but I can't see how as it is fine until I get to a certain speed, usually 50 or 60mph, and it doesn't matter what gear I am in. Could someone please help me as my bank balance is not good and I need the car to be safe for my family.
